I’m Shameka Allen, a 100% service-connected Navy veteran, former military spouse, survivor of domestic violence, and the heart behind The Relationship Plug. I wear many titles, but they all lead back to one calling: helping veterans and those who love them heal, reconnect, and rebuild after trauma, transition, and heartbreak.

After surviving the silent battles of military life, from abusive relationships to the isolating weight of disability and transition, I knew I wasn’t the only one carrying invisible wounds. So I created the space I once needed: a safe, real, and judgment-free zone where pain is honored, truth is spoken, and healing begins.

As a Veteran Love & Life Strategist, I help individuals and couples navigate the complex terrain of love, identity, and emotional restoration, especially after service. My work blends lived experience, over five years of facilitation and coaching, a communications degree focused on interpersonal relationships, and trauma-informed care rooted in empathy, strategy, and soul.
