I’m Shameka Allen, a Navy veteran, former military spouse, survivor of domestic violence, and the heart behind The Relationship Plug. I wear many titles, but they all lead back to one calling: helping people heal, reconnect, and rebuild after trauma, transition, and heartbreak.

After surviving the silent battles of military life, from abusive relationships to the isolating weight of disability and transition, I knew I wasn’t the only one carrying invisible wounds. So I created the space I once needed: a safe, real, and judgment-free zone where pain is honored, truth is spoken, and healing begins.

where you can say what you’ve been holding,
Slow things down, and actually hear yourself.

• they keep replaying something in their mind

• they feel overwhelmed trying to figure things out

• they just need someone to talk to who actually gets it
